FS-3 : The history

TV STUDIO FS-3 is the first alternative television station in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It started broadcasting on 21. april 1991. TV STUDIO FS-3's owner is independent paper FRONT SLOBODE in Tuzla.

FS-3 during the war

The biggest succes of this station was it's live broadcast of the combat between JNA and teritorial defense units at Brcanska Malta on 15. of may 1992. By decision of town authorities dated january 1. 1993. TV STUDIO FS-3s equipment was confiscated and thus was unable to broadcast.

FS-3 Today

TV STUDIO FS-3 resumed bradcasting on july 1996. thanks to the Soros Foundation, Deutsche Welle and USAID donations. TV STUDIO broadcasts its program through its cable network and on 32 UHF channel. Strong signals are available within the Tuzla area where 180,000 people live.
